Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion

I'm a right fussy bugger.
If I'm going to be applying makeup on a bride, I wanna know that what I'm putting on that beautiful face, is gonna stay looking just as good at 8pm that night as it did at 8am that morning.

Bridal makeup is very different to photographic makeup, on so many levels.
I can apply makeup quick on a shoot, knowing it doesn't need to last to long, then before I know it, I'm applying another look within half an hour.

A brides makeup needs to be sitting pretty, from the words, 'I do', till the words, 'goodnight.....'

So, I have a whole different makeup kit I delve into when I have a bride sitting in the chair.

Now, I don't see the point of doing the most beautiful eye-makeup. Whether it be asian/arabic, bronzy/smokey or vintage liner, if it's gonna be slidding off within the hustle and bustle of the busy wedding morning.

So what to do?
Introducing, Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion.

Now, I had used it before, on the back of my hand, in a rush, and being the impatient bugger I am, I didn't find it that impressive, and left without purchasing.

Big Mistake.

To think, that all this time, I have not had this in my kit?
Damn.
Nothing is budging this baby.

I had a slight meltdown the other day, and a bit of a teary moment - and to my amazement, my eye makeup did not budge, not one bit.... Yep that's right. The rest of my face looked awful, eyes? Still looked good...

I wear this under my eye makeup everyday now, without fail.
It was a fellow makeup fiend who insisited I try this stuff.
The consistancy, for me, seemed quite light. It blended in so quick, and seemed to disappear, leaving me thinking and feeling nothing too strongly for this little ( unknown to me then ) eye makeup saviour.

Its the best eye primer I have ever used in my ten years of being in the makeup industry.
Now if that doesn't convince you, nothing will!

I use this on all my brides, in the security of knowing, their makeup aint gonna be budging - at all!

If you suffer with oily eyelids, or you are looking for an eye-primer that will keep your eye makeup on, all evening. Here you have it.

So worth £15 for 11ml if you think of all the eyeshadows you will be saving not having to re-apply!

Do you use this product? What else from Urban Decay do you rate?

Urban Decay, Ruth E salutes you!
